I was born and brought up in Bangor, Maine, where I graduated from Bangor High School. I have received a BS degree from Norwich University, and a MBA degree from Babson College. After graduating from Norwich, I married my high school sweetheart, spent 6 years in the US Army, and earned a CPA License. I have written a number of technical papers over the years, and have only recently begun to write fiction.

Currently, I am working as an independent contractor helping firms improve their compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (the Enron Bill).

I became a Christian when I was in college over 30 years ago, and the Lord has asked me to do many things that have challenged my faith, some of which have been alluded to in the stories I have written. My wife Jane and I live in Tewksbury, MA, and are happily married after 33 years.

What I like most about writing the Project Reset series is the conversations I've had with the people who have read it. I think one of the best comments I have received was from a young man who was 21 when he read it.  He said, "I wish I could have read this book when I was 15, because if I had, high school would have been radically different. And not just different for me, but for a lot of my friends, too."

A new life, a new beginning. All you need is a personal encounter with the living God. And you can have that today, right now. In Revelation 3:20, Christ is speaking, and He tells us, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me.”
